Glavé & Holmes Architecture is honored to be recognized as a Top Workplace for the fourth year in a row.

Richmond Times-Dispatch and WorkplaceDynamics partnered for the Top Workplaces Program, which honors companies that have a great work environment. The results are based on employee surveys conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including Alignment, Execution, and Connection.

Glavé & Holmes Architecture was one of 60 companies in the Great Richmond area to make the list. Our firm had a 93% response rate. According to feedback from the survey, our employees feel that Glavé & Holmes operates by strong values and ethics, and they believe that the firm is going in the right direction.
