Glavé & Holmes Architecture is honored to be recognized as a Top Workplace by the Richmond Times-Dispatch and WorkplaceDynamics for the second year in a row.

The Top Workplaces program recognizes companies that have a great work environment with results based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. The survey took into account many factors, including employee engagement, encouragement of community involvement, and work/life balance.

According to feedback from the survey, our employees feel genuinely appreciated by the firm and that their job makes them feel like part of something meaningful. Glavé & Holmes was one of 60 companies in the Richmond area to make the list.

“We want to thank our employees for helping us achieve our mission of elevating the human spirit,” said Jeanne LeFever, Director of Business and Financial Operations and Human Resources. “We would not be here today without their hard work and drive to keep expanding their skills and knowledge. We also want to thank our clients for allowing us to provide our services to you for the last 50 years. The opportunity to collaborate with all of you is a key reason why we enjoy our work, and why we feel we have a Top Workplace.”

Richmond SHRM, a chapter of the national Society for Human Resource Management, honored Richmond’s Top Workplaces at the Sterling Workplace Awards event May 9. To learn more about us and the Richmond Times-Dispatch’s list of Top Workplaces, please visit the Top Workplaces website.
